Healthy Homemade Guacamole


  • 2 avocados
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 ripe tomato, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • salt and pepper to taste



Peel and core the avocados.

Place into a small mixing bowl and mash with a fork until soft and creamy.

Add chopped onion, garlic, tomato, lime juice, salt, and pepper.

Season with a small squeeze of lime juice and salt and pepper to taste.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to mix.

Serve with healthy oven baked corn chips.
