Lazy Cleaner has found her Soulmate

Hello My Name is Andrea and I am a lazy cleaner.  LAZ-EE.

Confession:  I love a clean home but I hate to clean.

I tend to ride the line of dirty and clean enough because after raising 4 kids (let’s be honest) it felt like it was a losing battle.   Not to mention the 2 dogs and cat who live here too.

So, moms of littles – I get you.

We recently remodeled our downstairs kitchen and installed all new hardwood floors on the main floor. I really wanted to keep them looking nice because you know… it’s all new! Especially the floors.   Our old floors were just trashed and if I wanted the old floors to look clean it was a project and a massive time commitment.

A friend of mine said Andrea you need Norwex.  I had “heard” of Norwex but never gave it much thought/time.  This friend said don’t clean your house, let me bring over my Norwex stuff and show you.

She rolled up and pulled out 3 items; a mop and two cloths.  Doesn’t seem very special I thought.  But I WAS WRONG.  She wet the mop and one of the cloths with JUST WATER and went to town on my kitchen and floors.  She spent all of maybe 10 mins wiping and mopping.  Voila – everything was clean!  And not just clean SPARKLING clean.  I was amazed and asked how do I get my own?  This is a lazy persons dream cleaning system – you only used water?

The floors gleamed, stainless steel / chrome shined, and the windows WOW the most streak free experience of my life – all with water.

No chemicals, no cleaners, no mess, no hassle and the results were right there in front of me.

So what was so special about these products that performed magic in my home?  It’s in the fibers of the cloth.

These products are made from microfiber blend of polyester and polyamide that is 1/200th the size of a strand of human hair.  When woven together they have an amazing ability to grab dirt and clean surfaces.

Norwex cloths remove 99% of the bacteria in the home with this technology and that is without any cleaners or bleach.  Cotton cloths just push dirt and bacteria around, Norwex microfiber cloths act more like a shovel and removing dirt and bacteria when following the proper care and use instructions.

I know some of you have microfiber at home and you are shaking your head no.  But this one is different – really.  The fiber size is much smaller and the cloth is much more dense which affects it’s cleaning power.

What does all that mean to me (and you)?

  • I can stop buying chemical cleaners for my home because my Norwex cloths do the hard work with just using water. Your hormones thank you /less hormone disruption!!
  • My home is greener and safer for my family because I am reducing chemicals in my home. (even children can use this because it’s just the cloth and water – read: potential helpers for cleaning!!)
  • These cloths/products have a 2-year warranty. I don’t have to continually be replacing cleaning products reducing paper towel use, plastic cleaner bottles. Environmentally savvy!
  • Norwex gives a 60-day money back guarantee – try it and see for yourself

I know you are skeptical.  I was too. I’m NOT a bandwagon gal.  I’m a hyper-critical over thinker.  I am approached by a lot of different people for a lot of different products.  I would not talk about something unless I am using it myself and am seeing results.

This was just so easy and helpful in so many situations.  I personally want every one of my friends to get the Envirocloth and the Polishing cloth.  The investment is small but the implications to their lives is HUGE.  We are exposed to so many things we don’t have control over – this is one way to take back control. Reducing chemicals in the home is a no brainer and even this lazy lady can get on board with that.

Are you interested in getting your hands on my favorite products*?

>> EnviroCloth/Polishing Cloth (I own two sets and keep one upstairs and one down stairs) if you only get one thing- this is the set to have!!

>> Dusting Mitt (easy to put on and walk around the house grabbing dirt/dust)

>> Bathroom Scrub Mitt (holy cow this thing is awesome on my tiled showers and glass doors)

>> Cleaning Paste (for those areas that I’ve neglected for too long this never-ending product gets stuff out of places that I thought was forever dirty – good by sharpie marker art from long ago)
