Oven Baked Fries

The healthier alternative to fries! Makes one small serving.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large baking potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

 

Method:

Preheat oven to 420 degrees F.

Cut potato into chip size sticks.

Mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder and onion powder together.

Coat potatoes well with the with oil/spice mixture and place on a baking sheet in an even layer without overlapping to ensure even cooking.

Bake for 25-35 minutes in preheated oven until browned (depending on chip size and fan forced oven)
